Foam Mortar Launcher

There’s something insanely cool(er than it should be) about this gift, that I can’t quite put into words…

This mortar launcher fires glowing LED foam shells, upto 16ft, with an adjustable firing projection and realistic sounds (OK, no actually, those are the words I’m looking for). I’m not sure if it was all the years spent playing worms on a beat out console as a young child, or the fact that the days spent with a plastic sword and cardboard battle fortress are amongst my fondest childhood memories…but a big part of me kind of still wants this now (in that strange, ‘I couldn’t afford this as a kid, so now I’m gonna build myself an entire amusement arcade in the basement’ sort of way).

One thing’s for sure. If I did have this as a kid, it would have been the BEST. TOY. EVER.
